    Winter PEMF Therapy

    Winter PEMF

Winter can be tough on horses. Cold temperatures, frozen ground, and reduced turnout can lead to stiffness, slower warm-ups, and an increased risk of soreness. PEMF therapy is one of the most effective ways to support your horse through the winter months—keeping them comfortable, loose, and ready to work. Why Winter PEMF Matters
    • Improves circulation in cold weather
Lower temperatures naturally reduce blood flow, making muscles feel tight and sluggish. PEMF helps increase circulation, supporting warmth, mobility, and overall comfort.
    • Eases stiffness from limited movement
Icy paddocks and shorter turnout hours often mean less natural exercise. PEMF reduces muscle tension and joint stiffness, helping horses stay supple even on slow days.
    • Supports immune function
Seasonal stress can take a toll. PEMF boosts cellular health and recovery, giving the body extra support through winter challenges.
    • Enhances performance and recovery
For horses still in training or competition during the winter, PEMF prepares muscles for work and speeds up recovery after intense sessions.
    • Great for older or arthritic horses
Seniors and horses with chronic conditions often feel the cold more intensely. PEMF offers gentle, non-invasive relief and helps maintain comfort all season long.
Keep Your Horse Comfortable All WinterWhether your horse needs regular maintenance sessions or support during a winter training program, The Carrot Effect is here to help.
