Katrina Barnhardt is a Registered Veterinary Technician with hands-on experience in both large and small animal care. She currently works with Dr. James Crawford, a large animal veterinarian specializing in equine and bovine medicine, and also supports patients at a small animal emergency clinic.At The Carrot Effect, Katrina oversees scheduling, handles client communication, and supports day-to-day operations. Her background in veterinary care—especially with horses and cattle—adds valuable expertise to our services.

Step 1: Go to/Find EquiPro invoice E-mail
Step 2: Locate "Click HERE to log in to your owner portal" and click "HERE"
Step 3: A website will open. Click "LOG IN"
Step 4: Log in with your email & Password
(If you don't have a log in click HERE and once you have completed Step 2 come back to this step)
Step 5: You will see a dashboard with your horses.
Step 6: Click "Providers"
Step 7: Find "The Carrot Effect" and Click "Book Now"
Step 8: Fill in the Request Appointment form and Click "Submit Request"
Step 9: You have done it! You should receive a email and text confirming your appointment within the week. If we require any more information we will reach out.
New Clients:
Step 1: Go to equiproconnect.com/Owners and click "Sign Up"
Step 2: Fill in the requested information and click "Sign Up"
Step 3: You will receive an email from "[email protected]" to the email you provided. Click "Verify Email"

Step 5: You will be brought to this page. Go to "Owners" in the top navigation bar. Click "Log In"

Step 8: Click the "+" button to add your equine or equines
Step 9: Fill the information with a "*"
Step 10: Click "Add"
